Join us this June in Dallas, Texas, at the second biennial UT Southwestern Hansjörg Wyss Orthopaedic Trauma Symposium.
The format of this free symposium focuses on orthopaedic case studies presented by guest speakers from around the world – discussions of both triumphs and missteps – to foster debate and introduce novel ideas to meeting attendees.
The event’s namesake, Hansjörg Wyss, is founder, former president, and chairman of multinational medical device manufacturer Synthes Holding AG, the world’s largest maker of implants to mend bone fractures. Mr. Wyss made a generous gift to the UT Southwestern Medical Center Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, which has made the symposium possible.
